Happy to share another Weekly Meal Plan for 4.17.23!

How are you liking these meal plans?! This week’s meal plan has a little bit of everything: sweet, savory, crunchy, soft – but ALL delicious. The crispy buffalo shrimp tacos are the newest recipe I’ve created and I seriously can’t get enough. The strawberry lemon muffins are also a new favorite!

 

Meal Plan for the Week of 4.17.23

Strawberry Lemon Muffins – check out the trick I learned to get nice a fluffy muffins every time! These are light, moist, and very strawberry packed!

Egg & Bean Breakfast Tacos – a staple of mine because it’s delicious, easy, and filling. Can’t beat it!

Crispy Buffalo Shrimp Tacos – hint of spicy with super crunchy shrimp on a soft tortilla.

Chicken Crunch Wrap – a lighter version than TB, but still delicious and crispy!

Pork Chops with Mushroom and Spinach Pan Sauce – feels gourmet and comes together quickly!

Chicken Meatball Ravioli – a great meal prep item for the freezability option! Little bites of chicken meatball in ravioli form with cheese that can either be air fried or boiled!

Pizza Burger Bombs – two of my favorites things combine and become the perfect handheld savory combo.

Salt & Pepper Tofu Stir Fry – low in points, a great way to use up any lingering veggies, and absolutely tasty. 

 

I am so excited for this meal plan because we have TWO brand new recipes to share. Remember that these are made to be more of a guide and offer some suggestions in order to get you bizzy in your kitchen again, or just to give some inspo to your regular rotation. We so appreciate you checking our meal plans out and hope these help give you the motivation you need to stay on track while eating amazing, healthy, delicious foods.
